
Recalibrate: A Dynamic Movement and Alignment Series
Instructor Sarah will lead this 4 Week Series - all about easing tension and strengthening your posture and alignment!
You will utilize the Tower apparatus and springs, fascial release balls, foam rollers, and therabands.
The class:
1.) Begin with myofascial release and tackle:
- upper body stiffness
- those pesky rounded shoulders that make your neck and upper back ache
- weak wrists that prevent weight bearing
- release that knot between your shoulders
2.) Be primed to efficiently move into a full-body strength building
Pilates Tower class:
- Leg springs!
- Planking!
- Side bending!

- 3 people only
- Attendees must sign up for all 4 sessions because consistency = change
- You will receive a set of fascia release balls + a Theraband
- A toolbox of exercises that you can do at home for maintenance

Free Rooftop Pilates
Join us on Thursdays at the Greenpoint Public Library for Free Rooftop Pilates, September 19-October 10 at 6:30pm!
Bring yourself, your water bottle (and possibly sunglasses and a hand towel!) Mats are provided but feel free to bring your own.
Registration opens up 48 hours before the class, and is limited to 15 people.
